3.7. Use of the Harvard Name

The Harvard Trademark Program administers Harvard University’s Use of Name policies and guidelines, which have been established by the Office of the Provost. These policies govern the manner in which Harvard schools, departments, units, student organizations, and the wider Harvard community may use the Harvard names and insignias.
